Default Weapon spells question.

Does anyone know if these things stack? Also do they function on any weapon or just melee weapons? Specifically will they work on a bow? I've got a hellaciously nasty idea but I'm not gonna waste time and gold on it if it won't work.

Weapon Spells don't stack. I think I tried putting Vengeful Weapon on a party member and the other rit used Weapon of Warding, my effect was canceled.

I think Weapon Spells work on any type of weapon(bow, melee, wand) For ex. Putting a Wailing Weapon on a ranger would have them interrupt an attacking foe. So yes, they work on a bow. (there is a R/Rt pvp build with wailing weapon so it has to work)

Hope I helped.

Rock on because I'm thinking barrage with like splinter weapon would make for one hellaciously nasty damage spike on the initial shot if you get it off into a full group of enemies. I'm gonna work on that now and if I get it working I'll post it in the ranger section. I'm hoping that barrage won't strip the spell off but it shouldn't since it isn't a preparation.

It wont strip it. Its not a preperation. since it only strips preperations, it stays. but if that skill works like the preperation "incendiary arrows" thats one NASTY barrage.

Splinter weapon only triggers on one hit, not all six arrows, same goes for vampiric weapon, and all the other weapon spells that ends upon hit.
Still, the damage output on barrage together with splinter waepon is nice, somewhat like mark of pain and barrage, hey...splinter weapon + barrage + mark of pain, wee.

However, brutal weapon and guided weapon, they work just fine for barrage.
